Clinical Effects of Inhalation Budesonide Suspension Nebulization combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Child Patients with Asthmatic Bronchitis

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of inhalation budesonide suspension nebulization combined with Procaterol hydrochloride in the treatment of child patients with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods A total of 96 child patients with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to Fuxin Mining General Hospital from July 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment plans,they were divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group(48 cases)received budesine for inhalation for the treatment and the observation group(48 cases).And the observation group was treated with procaterol hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,symptoms(three-concave sign,lung wheezing,wheezing,cough)subsidence time and lung function before treatment,7 days and 14 days after treatmentMid tidal expiratory flow rate(ME)/Mid tidal inspiratory flow rate(MI),tidal peak expiratory flow rate(PTEF)],serum inflammatory mediatorstumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)],oxidative stress indextotal antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)]levels were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.83%(46/48)higher than that of the control group 81.25%(39/48,P<0.05);the observation group’s tri-concave sign subsided time,lung wheeze subsided time,wheeze subsided time,cough regression time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);ME/MI and PTEF of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05)on the 7 th and 14 th day of treatment;the serum TNF-αand IL-of the observation group on the 7 th and 14 th day of treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serum T-AOC and MDA levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 7 th and 14 th day of treatment,and the serum SOD level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Inhalation of budesonide suspension combined with procaterol hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis.It can effectively improve clinical symptoms,regulate lung function,reduce serum levels of inflammatory mediators,and improve oxidative stress.
