妇科千金胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性宫颈炎患者的临床疗效

目的探讨妇科千金胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性宫颈炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月朝阳市中心医院收治的60例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组单纯应用左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合妇科千金胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-10水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-10低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.7%,低于对照组的16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白带增多、外阴瘙痒、腰骶不适症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性宫颈炎,可以有效降低炎症介质水平,提高患者治疗及预后效果,且安全性较高,对促进患者康复具有重要意义。

Clinical Efffects of Fuke Qianjin Capsules Combined with Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Cervicitis

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the application of Fuke Qianjin Capsules combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to Chaoyang Central Hospital in the past year were selected as the research objects. The 60 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group based on different treatment methods, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levofloxacin alone, and the observation group was treated with levofloxacin combined with Fuke Qianjin Capsules. The treatment effects of the 2 groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.3%, which was higher than 76.7% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment, there were no statistically significant difference in the hypersensitive C-reactive protein, interleukin-2, and interleukin-10 levels(P>0.05);after treatment, the hypersensitivity-C-reactive protein, interleukin-2, and interleukin-10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.7%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had more leucorrhea, vulvar itching, and lumbosacral discomfort. The relief time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of chronic cervicitis, the combined application of Fuke Qianjin Capsules and levofloxacin can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory mediators, improve the treatment and prognosis of patients, and has high safety, which is of great significance to promote the recovery of patients.
