西方人性假设理论及其相关管理模式评析

摘    要:在人类管理思想中,相继提出了"经济人"、"社会人"、"自我实现人"、"复杂人"等一系列关于人性假设的基本理论.与此相对应,基于每一种人性假设理论都产生了一种相应的管理模式.这些理论和模式都有深刻的时代背景,既推动了经济社会的发展,又有其自身的局限性.通过梳理西方人性假设理论及其相关管理模式,可以进一步肯定"以人为本"管理理念的积极意义.
