| Abstract: | The explanation of cross-border M&A of banking by traditional economics is different from that by new institutional economics. The latter proceeds with the peculiar view for the boundary of the corporation of banks, and exerts the unique analy- zing tools, transaction cost to explain the theory of the cross-border M&A of banking. It regards it as one of the phenomena which is managed by property right transaction and scaled by transaction cost. |
