| 摘 要： | 区际R＆D创新合作是R＆D全球化下区域间实现要素资源优化整合的有效途径。海峡两岸的闽台地区不同程度的都处于向技术创新增长型产业结构转型期，彼此拥有进行R＆D创新合作的比较优势。本文分析了闽台开展R＆D创新合作的全球背景和内在需求，提出了两地未来实施R＆D创新合作的重点领域，同时探讨了深化闽台R＆D创新合作应采取的相关政策措施。最后，提出闽台R＆D创新合作是提升海峡西岸经济区创新竞争力并最终使该区域强势崛起的根本动力。
