摘    要:降低柴油中硫含量对于提高汽车尾气排放质量从而保护环境具有十分重要的意义。概述了世界柴油低硫化的进程。介绍了柴油加氢脱硫技术、生物脱硫技术和脱硫新技术的最新进展。指出柴油的低硫化,会出现发动机系统磨损增大(润滑性能下降)、油品储存安定性变差和色相恶化三个方面的负面效应。结合我国国情。提出了我国柴油低硫化的建议是:含硫标准制定要综合考虑、加快开发柴油润滑性添加剂、制定柴油润滑性评价试验方法、开发生产低硫或低硫低芳烃柴油的新临氢催化剂和新工艺以及重视生物脱硫技术应用研究。

Abstract:Lowering sulfur content of diesel oil has very important significance for improving the quality of tail gas exhausted from automobiles, thus protecting the environment. This paper outlines the development course of world's diesel oil desulfurization and introduces the recent advances in technologies of diesel oil desulfurization, such as by hydrogenation, biologic or other new methods. It is pointed out that the desulfurization will result in three negative influences on diesel oil, which are increased abrasion in engine system, inferior stability during oil product storage, and color deterioration. Combined with the domestic practical situation, authors set following proposals on diesel desulfurization in our country: comprehensively considering the establishment of standard content of sulfur, quickening the development of lubricative additives for diesel, setting the test method for the evaluation of diesel lubrication, developing the new hydrogenation catalysts for the production of low sulfur and/or low sulfur and low aromatic diesel, and devoting much attention to the application research of bio desulfurization technology.
