太湖流域望虞河工程后评价

以望虞河工程为研究对象，采用有无对比、前后对比法，建立该工程项目后评价的逻辑框架，着重探讨了该工程后评价中的过程后评价。后评价表明整个工程达到了预定目标，发挥了显著的综合效益。但由于当时水利工程管理体制的落后及建筑市场的不规范，在进度控制、运行管理、招投标等方面存在一些问题。

Post-evaluation on Wangyu River in Taihu Lake basin

Wangyu River project is taken as an example. Its post-evaluation logical frame is established by use of comparative analysis, and much attention is paid to its post-evaluation. The results indicate that the whole project achieves the destination and plays an important role. However, owing to the outdated project management system and nonstandard architectural market, there exist some problems such as schedule control, operation management and bidding, etc.
