| 摘 要： | 抗日战争是近代以来中华民族最大规模的一次成功的民众动员。抗日战争时期，“铜陵是皖南抗日根据地的中心地区”。中共铜陵党组织组织民众开展经济斗争，保障民生；发展生产，富民增收；制定合理的租税政策，减轻民众负担；疏通渠道，扩大贸易。这些制度保障了抗日战争的伟大胜利，也一定程度上破坏了铜陵地区原有的社会经济结构和阶级结构。

| Abstract: | The war of resistance against Japan was chinese nation＇s largest successful mobilization since modem times. During tile war of resistance against Japan, Tongling is the center of the anti-Japanese basv area. The main economic mobilizatlon：organizing the masses to carry out economic struggles and safeguard the people＇s livelihood;developing the production to enrich the people;formulating a reasonable tax policy to lighten their burden; dredging the channel to expand trade. |
