应用型本科院校法律人才培养模式的变革

应用型本科院校是从办学类型和办学层次方面对高校办学的一种定位，法学专业作为应用型本科院校的常设性专业之一，担负着法律人才培养的使命。应用型本科院校定位下，变革现行法律人才培养模式，确立应用型法律人才培养的目标，在课程设置、教学方法、教学运行管理机制等方面突出应用型人才培养的属性，注重学生应用能力的培养，既是应用型本科院校办学定位的具体体现，又是适销对路法律人才培养的客观要求。

The Changes of Legal Talents Training Model in Application-oriented Universities

The application-oriented university is one kind of positioning of higher education from school type and school level, and law major as one standing professional of application-oriented universities that charges with the mission of legal talents training. Under the positioning, changing the existing legal talents training model, setting training goals of file application-oriented legal talents, highlight- ing attributes of application-oriented talents training in curriculum, teaching methods, teaching operation and management mechanism, etc., and focusing on training the applied ability of students ,which of all are both concrete manifestation of school orientation of applica- tion-oriented universities and the objective requirements of training marketable legal talents.
