| 摘 要： | 法律制度作为制度环境的重要组成部分，对社会的制度安排的演化和创新起着或制约或推动的作用。本文通过对风险投资这种金融创新的制度经济学分析，列举了目前我国法律制度供给与风险投资制度安排需求的冲突与滞后，指出政府进行法律制度的创新才是发展风险投资事业的关键。

| Abstract: | As a main part of the institution enviroment, law plays a very important role in affecting the social creativity of one society. In this paper, the author analyzes the principal of venture capital (VC) investment in a New institutional economic way, and points out that there are many laws and rules contradicted the principal of VC.Only by the institution innovation in the law can we accelerate the development of the VC in China. |
