冲突与对策:基于转基因农产品贸易争端的分析

由于转基因农产品的内在矛盾 ,使转基因技术在推动农牧、食品、医药等行业发展的同时 ,也不可避免地产生了诸多冲突。国际贸易争端不仅源于这些冲突 ,更是由于转基因技术发展的不平衡、国际贸易体制的滞后性及其内部的矛盾等因素所致。作为进口国 ,我们当然不能置身事外。我们要在重视研发推广和加快转基因农产品产业化的同时还要保证农业的可持续发展 ;加入《议定书》 ,利用《议定书》维护我国利益 ;建立规范协调的转基因农产品管理体系并对转基因产业给予适当保护。

CONFLICTS AND COUNTERMEASURES:ANALYSIS OF TRADE DISPUTES OVER TRANSGENOSIS PRODUCTS

The transgenosis technology has promoted the development in agriculture,animal husbandry,food,medicine,etc.Meanwhile,it also leads to serious disputes that resulted from inherent contradiction.The dispute of international trade not merely comes from these conflicts,also because of disequilibrium,the lagging nature of the international trade system and inside contradiction of the technical development of transgenosis.As an importer,China should accelerate the development of transgenosis technology on the basis of sustainable development of agriculture, join into The Protocol,establish an normative management system and carry on the trade protection.
