| 摘 要： | 赤道原则是用于确定、评估和管理贷款银行项目融资中环境和社会风险的国际行业标准.项目融资所具有的特性,使贷款银行在进行项目融资贷款业务时会面临比传统融资更多的环境和社会风险.随着公民社会的兴起和民间团体地位的提高,因贷款项目的环境影响导致利益相关者对项目的强烈抵制从而引发的金融风险越来越严重,成为了项目融资中环境和社会风险的主要来源.为了规避环境和社会风险,赤道原则特别强调贷款银行在从事项目融资业务时要建立利益相关者互动机制.贷款银行在建立利益相关者互动机制时需要重点关注的问题是对利益相关者的鉴别和分析必须全面,同时明确划分项目公司的责任.
