| 摘 要： | 本文从教师和学生两个方面阐述了提高大学英语听力的策略,教师主要通过对听力材料的选择、消除焦虑、提高兴趣、加强练习等几点来训练学生;学生则依靠正确的听音心态、掌握听力技巧和注重练习,运用听力学习策略等来提高英语听力水平。

| Abstract: | This article expounds the various approaches on how to enhance the listening ability from both teachers and students.The teachers train the students through the choice of listening materials, the elimination of anxiety, the improvement of interest and inforcement of practice.The students should adjust listening mood, master listening techniques and use listening strategies so as to raise their listening ability. |
