| Abstract: | From point of view of connections among governance,knowledge and network,a co-evolutional method of the firm institution is raised in this paper,and this method is applied to comparative analyses of family firm institution so as to reveal systemic differences and distinctive model of evolution between Chinese family firm institution in the East Asia and modern firm institution in the West World. |
