浅谈安徽省征信系统非银行信息的应用问题

目前,非银行信息已成为征信系统重要组成部分。2009年安徽省征信系统非银行信息采集数量和范围不断扩大,为各金融机构的应用提供了更为广阔的空间。但是,非银行信息的采集面不够宽、单类信息采集入库量不足、数据质量不高、异议处理机制尚未明确、信息应用缺乏标准等,制约了金融机构的有效应用。因此,应建立“人行领导,政府推动,多部门协作”的工作格局,继续扩大非银行信息的采集力度,努力提高入库信息质量,鼓励金融机构出台非银行信息应用规范,引导非银行信息的有效应用。

On Application of Non -bank Information from Credit Information System in Anhui Province

At present, non -bank credit information has become an important component for credit information system. Non - bank credit information collection system for Anhui Province expanded in terms of the size and scope in 2009, presenting a wider space for all financial institutions to apply the information. However, such problems as the non - bank information collection being not wide enough, storage of single - category information being insufficient, data quality being not high, disputes handling mechanisms being not yet clear, lack of standards for information application, etc. have constrained the effective application of information by the financial institutions. Therefore, we should establish a working pattern ＂under the leadership of the PBC, fueled by the Government, trans - departmental collaboration＂ for expansion of non - bank information collection efforts, endeavoring to improve the quality of information storage, encouraging financial institutions to formulate norms of application for non - bank information so as to guide the effective application of non - bank information.
