林业资源型城市低碳发展评价研究

随着人类社会环境、能源与发展三者之间矛盾的凸显,主张低污染、高效率、更多使用清洁能源的低碳发展方式已经成全世界的共识。城市作为化石能源的主要消费场所,其低碳式发展程度直接影响一个地区一个国家的低碳发展。低碳城市评价研究可以发现低碳发展中出现的问题,可以衡量低碳发展的业绩,从而为低碳发展提供政策建议。借鉴参考全国性的低碳城市评价体系,提出林业资源型城市低碳评价指标体系发展。

Evaluation and Study on Low Carbon Development of Forestry Resource-based City

Contradiction among the three contradictions(environment,energy and economic development) is more and more striking,development of low carbon has the whole world consensus.As the main site of consuming fossil energy,low carbonization degree of city directly affects the whole society’s low carbon development.Low carbon development problems can be found in Low carbon city evaluation research,and can be measured in low carbon development performance,so as to propose low carbon development policy.This paper refers to nationwide low carbon city evaluation system to build forestry low carbon city evaluation system.
