摘    要:在社区养老渐成趋势的背景下,建立包括居家养老服务示范中心、居家养老服务部、日间托老中心、家庭综合服务中心、星光老年之家和老年人活动场所6个维度的社区养老服务设施空间布局评价指标体系,运用基于熵权法和变异系数法相结合的客观组合赋权法改进突变级数模型,对广州市11区的社区养老服务设施空间布局进行评价.在此基础上,结合障碍因子诊断模型,剖析影响社区养老服务设施水平的主要障碍因子,包括中间层指标障碍因子和指标层障碍因子,从而为广州市的社区养老服务设施的科学配置提供参考.

Abstract:In the context of the growing trend of community elderly care, spatial layout evaluation index system of community elderly service was established in following six dimensions, including home elderly care service demonstration center, home elderly care service department, day care center, family comprehensive service center, starlight home for the elderly and activity venues. Adopting the objective combination weighting method based on entropy weight and variation?coefficient method to improve the catastrophe progression model, we evaluate the spatial layout of community elderly service facilities in 11 districts of Guangzhou. Based on the above, combining it with the the diagnosis model of obstacle factors, the main obstacle factors is analyzed, including intermediate index obstacle factors and index layer obstacle factors that affect the level of community elderly care service facilities, so as to provide a reference for the scientific configuration of community elderly service facilities in this region.
