专利是经济实体获取并保持核心竞争力的重要来源.高校正日益成为中国实施专利战略的重要部分.为此,从专利角度探讨山东省高校创新能力.通过教育部高等学校科技统计资料汇编和incoPat专利数据库,分析山东省高校的专利产出、科技投入产出比、专利转化等情况,探讨山东省高校近9年的自主创新能力和技术转化能力,并对山东高校专利质量提升提出具体建议.

Research on Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability of Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province Based on Patent Analysis

Patent is an important source for economic entities to obtain and maintain their core competitiveness. Colleges and universities are becoming an important part of my China''s patent strategy, and it is worth to discuss the innovation capabilities of universities in Shandong Province from the perspective of patents. Through the compilation of scientific and technological statistics of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Education and the incopat patent database, it analyzes the patent output, technology input-output ratio, patent conversion, etc. of colleges and universities in Shandong Province, and explores the independent innovation and technological transformation capabilities of colleges and universities in Shandong Province in the past nine years, and put forward specific suggestions for improving the patent quality.
