城镇化进程中农村社区建设路径探析

随着我国城镇化的继续发展,农村将面临人口减少、村庄规模缩小、村庄数量减少等问题,这些问题将直接影响到农村社区建设.城镇化进程中的农村社区建设路径主要有三种类型,分别是城市带动型、工业促进型和政府引导型.大中型城市近郊以及城乡结合部地带农村社区建设路径主要为城市带动型;东部沿海发达地区农村社区建设路径主要为工业促进型;中西部欠发达地区农村社区建设路径主要为政府引导型.因地制宜的选择农村社区建设路径,对于对解决“三农”问题,统筹城乡发展,推进社会主义新农村建设,构建社会主义和谐社会有着重要的意义.

Path Selection with Rural Community Development in Urbanization

With urbanization, China＇s rural area confronts problems such as shrinking population, village downsizing, and reduction of village number. These problems will affect the development of rural communities. For the development of rural communities, there are three types of path selection, namely, the city led type, the industrial promotion type, and the government-boot type. While the first type is suitable for areas near large- and medium-sized cities, the eastern coastal developed areas usually choose the second type. As for the central and western underdeveloped areas, people would turn to the third type.
