| 摘 要： | 文中指出了石家庄市“三农”问题的现状,分析了其产生的原因,提出用城乡统筹发展的思想调整“三农”政策导向和发展战略,以“三化”带动“三农”,深化农村税费改革以最大限度地增加农民收入的政策建议。

The Current Status and Policy Selection for Issues concerning Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers in Shijiazhuang |

| Abstract: | After describing the current status of issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers in Shijiazhuang and analyzing the cause of these problems , this article proposes some policies about: adjusting the guiding policies and development strategies by the way of overall development of both cities and townships; finding a rapid and sustainable development path with the support of "three modernizations" for issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers; realizing the maximum increase in farmers' income through the further reform of taxes and fees in countryside. |
