| 摘 要： | 市民社会奉行自律与自治的理念,市民社会的多元权利构成有效地制约了国家权力,市民社会中的公民意识是法治秩序形成的内在驱动力。只有把市民社会的构建与法治社会的推进统一起来,才能在根本上达致法治社会。

| Abstract: | The idea of civil society is self- regulation and self - government. The constitution of pluralistic rights of civil society can restrict the state power effectively. The civil consciousness of civil society is the inner motive power of order of rule of law. The legal society may be realized if we seek rarity of the building of eivil society and the push of legal society. |
