| Abstract: | Government plays an important role in the adjustment of agricultural structure in China currently.Due to the dual structures of economic and the inappropriateness of the current agriculture policies,It becomes an important task that how to effectively avoid governmental malfunction which is largely in existence and seriously affects the deepening of the adjustment of agricultural structure. |
