| 摘 要： | 模糊综合评价法从层次角度出发,根据指标本身的重要程度来确定权重,利用专家的经验和知识背景来设置指标体系,再用一致性检验进行判断,构造有序的递阶层次结构,定性与定量相结合,运用模糊综合评价模型,得出具体明确的数学结果。文章将模糊综合评价法运用到实际的高速公路工程项目的投资融资的风险评价中来,借用属性层次分析模型和广义合成运算的模糊综合评价模型对其风险程度做出评估,为进一步做出项目的风险管理决策提供依据。
