摘    要:本文认为,内蒙古绿色食品品牌发展的目标是通过龙头企业的带动作用,合理利用绿色资源,培育绿色名牌群体,构筑独具特色的绿色产业。在战略选择上,要大力营造绿色产业发展环境,强化绿色名牌意识;大力发展绿色产业群体,发展、扩张绿色名牌企业;不断融入科技、文化含量,加大绿色食品品牌创新力度;实施顾客满意战略,提高顾客对食品品牌的忠诚度;加强食品品牌管理,把绿色食品品牌发展为绿色名牌;重视人力资本在绿色食品品牌经营过程中的主体地位和重要作用;充分调动绿色食品品牌的资本优势,增强绿色名牌产品的规模效益。

Abstract:Inner Mongolia is one of the richest regions in its natural resources,its multi-culture of nations,the variety of biological resources and the rationality of resource structure lays a solid foundation for the development of the unpolluted food. Depending on the privilege of its resources,Inner Mongolia should,first,develop the unpolluted food;second,carry out unpolluted brand strategy;third,promote the development of "unpolluted economy" that has local characteristics;fourth,make great effort to develop green industry cluster;fifth,carry out the strategy of customer satisfaction;sixth,strengthen the management of food brand;seventh,emphasize the important role human resources are playing;eighth,realize scale economy of unpolluted brand product by making use of its capital advantage.
