| 摘 要： | 以北京公路货代、配载业为例,从立法和经营的角度,对其现状进行了分析。在此基础上,阐述了发展货代、配载业的现实意义,即减少油耗、节约能源。并从立法和经营的角度提出北京公路货代、配载业存在的问题,针对各自的问题提出相应的解决途径和对策。
