| 摘 要： | 企业各种成长理论从不同视角对企业持续成长的动因和机理进行了解释,但至今企业持续成长的动因存在争论,没有统一的结论;其成长机理也并不清楚,导致长期以来企业持续成长的动因与机理存在一定问题。从企业持续竞争力的研究视角分析,阐述导致企业可持续成长的动因是企业的持续竞争力,并揭秘企业可持续成长的作用机理。
