在我国战略性新兴产业快速发展的背景下,政府的角色问题已经提到议事日程。在文献研究的基础上,经验观察表明:战略性新兴产业在发展初期属于幼稚产业,需要包括政府在内的外力扶持,但政府仍然属于外生性因素,市场调节才是其发展的内生变量。政府应当充分发挥其自身优势,摆正自己的位置并作出正确选择。
