我国渔业经济现状及发展对策研究

近年来,随着我国海洋渔业政策导向从单纯追求产量到贯彻可持续发展观念的转变,渔业生产方式逐渐由粗放型向资源环境友好型转变,渔业经济得到迅速发展。但在我国渔业经济快速发展的同时,生态资源环境、水产品加工及贸易、产业结构、渔业执法与管理等方面也暴露了许多问题。本文结合目前国际渔业经济发展趋势,对应国内渔业经济现状及暴露的问题,对我国渔业经济走向可持续发展提出了对策研究。

Status and countermeasures of Chinese fishery economy

Because the policy has changed from only profit-push to the conception of sustainable development, Chinese fishery economy now has a well development. But it shows many problems as follows： resource and environment, fishery market, fishery industrialization, fishery management. Based on the main development tendency of the present world fisheries, the paper expounds some countermeasures and suggestions in the development of Chinese fishery economy.
