借鉴国内外的成功经验推进循环经济发展

随着经济的快速发展,资源的高消耗、环境的高污染等问题日益突出,我国开始寻求经济增长模式的全面转变,走节约型发展道路。而发展循环经济,是落实科学发展观、转变经济增长方式、实现可持续发展的必由之路,符合建立节约型社会的要求。本文在提出发展循环经济的基础上,分析了我国发展循环经济的现状,重点论证了国内外发展循环经济的经验与启示。
