| 摘 要： | 县域经济在黑龙江省经济中占有重要地位，在其发展中存在着综合实力偏弱、地区间经济发展不平衡、第二产业不大不强和产业结构不合理等问题。黑龙江省应做好促进县域经济发展的整体规划，进一步优化市场发展环境，扩大招商引资的规模和质量，以发展壮大县域经济，提升黑龙江省整体竞争力。

| Abstract: | County economy is very important in Heilongjiang Province, however, there are many problems in its development of county economy, such as weak overall strength, uneven economy in different regions, mediocre secondary industry, and irrational industrial struttare, etc. Heilongjiang Province should plan the development of county economy well on the whole, further optimize market environment, and increase the scale and quality of investment and overall competitiveness to improve county economy. |
