摘    要:目前,我国饭店餐饮业在推广绿色消费模式,倡导文明、节约、绿色、低碳消费理念过程中,开展节能减排的行动迟缓。其原因主要是项目改造所需经费较大,而政府及相关部门关注支持的力度不够。推进饭店餐饮企业节能减排工作,关键要抓住技术设备管理、组织机构、政策制度、自身建设重点的落实工作,落实好《绿色饭店》国家标准,引领和促进企业开发先进的节能减排低碳技术,以达到实施节能减排低碳生产模式的目的。

Abstract:Now China's hotel dining industry develops slowly in energy saving and pollutant reduction in the process of promoting the pattern of polite, saving, green, and low-carbon consumption. The reasons are that the funds needed are too big in project transformation and the support from government and related administrations is not enough. The key to promoting energy saving of hotel dining industry is to carry out management on technology and equipment, organization and system, and hotel construction, to put the National Green Hotels Standards into practice, and to promote enterprises to develop advanced energy-saving and low-carbon technology.
