政府对提高地方财政支农资金效率的重要作用——以广西壮族自治区为例

“三农”是政府经济工作中的重中之重，而地方财政支农又是减轻农民负担，促进农村经济社会的发展的一项重要措施。随着经济总量的不断增长，近年来政府对财政支农力度不断加大，对全国或者区域农业经济增长都起到了巨大的推动作用，同时也存在财政支农资金的整体效率不高等诸多问题。要解决这一问题，自治区政府应在提高财政支农资金效率方面发挥主导作用，加大财政支农资金投入力度，合理调整财政支农资金结构，完善财政支农资金管理体制，使支农资金能够更充分的流入支农领域。提高财政支农资金的总体效益。

Roles of Government for Improving Efficiency of Local Financial Support for Agriculture Based on GuangxiAutonomous Region

Agriculture is a primary economy task for the government.Local financial support for agriculture is an important measure to reduce farmers＇ burden and advance rural development.In recent years,with the growth of economic aggregate,the government constantly increases financial support for agriculture,which greatly promotes national or regional economic growth.On the other hand,the total efficiency is low in financial support for agriculture.To sum up,the government of Guangxi Autonomous Region should play its role in increasing efficiency of financial support for agriculture,improve management system to make more funds flow into agriculture,and increase the overall benefits of financial support for agriculture.
