论上海合作组织经济与贸易合作——兼论中国对推动上合组织经贸一体化的设想

上海合作组织在经过5年的发展后,包括经济在内的各个领域的相互合作取得了巨大的成绩,前期通过的《关于上海合作组织成员国多边经贸合作纲要落实措施计划》,进一步将经贸合作推向了具体实施阶段。本文就如何进一步深化上海合作组织的经贸合作,如何尽快实现区域内贸易和投资自由化等各成员国普遍关注的问题进行分析后认为,上海合作组织推进经贸一体化有利于区域经济稳定,它能有效应对不断加快的经济全球化和区域集团化趋势,消除贸易转移效应的影响,并使区域内成员尽早享受制度性合作的好处。

On the Economic and Trading Collaboration within the Framework of Shanghai Organization Cooperation

In this article, the author pointed out how to enhance further economic and trading cooperation in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and how to achieve trade and investment liberalization within the member countries in this region and other concerned issues as well .It will conclude that economic and trading cooperation of Shanghai Cooperation Organization is conductively to promote regional economic integration and stability, as the same way to dealing effectively with accelerating economic globalization , and eliminating affections of trade diversion, that will be the good way of making regional cooperation within the system, that can enjoy the benefits of membership as soon as possible.
