摘    要:
企业管理是公司治理的微观基础,而组织结构则是充分发挥资源效率的关键所在。纵向配置资源、削减中间科层,是我国商业银行组织结构变革的方向。而商业银行的组织机构变革需要实现信息流的循环、业务线内的整体行动、业务线间的有效协同、对无序竞争和地区亚文化的抑制。在实施方面,要坚持零售业务线先行,事先消除对变革的误解。

Abstract:
This paper first gives an extended analysis to the corporate governance of commercial banks, puts forward that defining corporate governance structure only makes it possible for an enterprise to operate efficiently, while enterprise management is the micro foundation of corporation governance, and organization structure is key to employ resources. It is pointed out that allocating resources in a vertical way, cutting middle hierarchies, are the right direction of organization structure reform of Chinese commercial banks. Further, it is pointed out that such structure reform should realize the circle of information flow, realize concerted action within and between business lines, suppress out-of order competition and regional sub-culture. When implementing, retail business line should take the first step and remove misunderstanding over the structure reform beforehand.
