摘    要:在我国交通部2000年实行《道路旅客运输企业经营资质管理规定(试行)》后,民营客运企业应采取什么样的战略来推进企业的发展?本文从企业的市场定位、人力资源战略、品牌战略、业务经营战略及企业文化等方面,探讨中小民营客运企业打造核心竞争力,提高企业在新的经营环境中的市场地位问题。

Abstract:What kind of strategies can private passenger transport enterprises adopt according to the Temporary Provisions of P.R.C on Management of Qualification of Passenger Transport Enterprises promulgated by the Ministry of Communications in 2000? The paper expounds that medium and small sized passenger transport enterprises should improve their core competitiveness by means of finding out suitable market orientation, carrying out strategies of human resources, name brands and business and developing enterprise culture.
