| 摘 要： | 我国现行农村集体土地制度存在不少弊端和缺陷,这些问题只有靠制度改革且制度必须法律化才能从根本上解决。改革农村集体土地制度,需要从基本原则入手,以科学确定农村集体土地所有权主体并健全其治理机构为核心,全面革新和完善包括配套法律制度在内的农村集体土地法律制度体系。

| Abstract: | Present Chinese village collective land system excises many malpractices and flaw. Fundamental solution of these questions depends on system reformation. And the system must be legalized. Reforming Chinese village collective land system needs to obtain from the basic principle, take determining village collective land ownership main body scenically and amplifying its government organization as the core, innovate and perfect systematically village collective land law system and other necessary legal system. |
