| 摘 要： | 蒙、鲁、粤上市公司分别具有“快”、“大”、“活”的成长特性。企业成长是异质性的,它是一个不断内生演化、难以模仿替代的独特过程,在中国企业成长过程中体现尤为明显,其中所蕴含的有价值的学术问题对管理理论创新具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The growth of listed companies in inner Mongalia,Shandong and Guangdong repectively has the characteristic of swiftness,bigness and livingness.The examples in these area show that the growth of company is a process of heterogeneity, that is to say it is distinctive and unique,which is especially obvious in China,and there are some valuable and important is- sues lying in the heterogeneity of firm growth. |
