基于委托代理理论角度浅谈对国有企业改革方向的认识

改革开放以来围绕改革国有经济体制弊端、激发国有企业活力我国进行了多轮国有企业改革,但国有企业仍然存在体制机制不灵活、腐败现象丛生等问题,仍需进一步探索国有企业改革的未来方向。本文基于委托代理理论视角对国有企业改革历史沿革和现状进行分析,提出对国有企业改革方向的认识和理解,并对未来国资国企改革提出建议。

On the Understanding of the Reform Direction of State-owned Enterprises from the Perspective of Principal-agent Theory

Since the reform and development,many rounds of state-owned enterprise reform have been carried out around the drawbacks of reforming the state-owned economic system and stimulating the state-owned enterprise vitality.However,state-owned enterprises still have problems such as inflexible systems and mechanisms and still emerging corruption,so the future direction of state-owned enterprise reform needs to be further explored.Based on the perspective of principal-agent theory,this paper analyzes the history and current situation of state-owned enterprise reform,puts forward the understanding of the direction of state-owned enterprise reform,and puts forward suggestions.
