| 摘 要： | 在雄安新区建设进程中,集聚高端创新人才和团队成为其核心动力。本文结合共享经济的背景,提出了以人才共享的方式创新雄安新区人才集聚机制的论题,以期达到实现雄安新区人才尤其是高层次人才集聚的目的。本文首先对从雄安新区人才集聚的现存问题进行了深入分析,然后着重分析了雄安新区实施人才共享机制的必要性及有利条件,最后对如何在雄安新区实施人才共享机制提出了中肯的建议。

| Abstract: | Gathering high-end talent and innovation team is the core power of the development and construction of Xiongan New Area.In order to achieve the goal of gathering talents,especially high-level talents,in Xiongan New Area,this article combined with the background of sharing economic and put forward the proposition of innovating the talent aggregation mechanism in Xiongan New Area.Firstly,this paper analyzed existing problems of the talent aggregation in Xiongan New Area,and then analyzed the the necessity and favorable conditions of implementing the talent sharing mechanism in Xiongan New Area.Finally,the author put forward some suggestions on how to implement the talent sharing mechanism in Xiongan New Area. |
