资产证券化的应用分析——以京东白条为例

随着我国市场经济的不断发展,各行业的资产证券化业务面临着市场发展空间大、政府的支持、监管更加规范等机遇,也面临着证券缺乏流动性,风险没有真正地隔离等挑战。对此,本文以京东白条作为研究对象,介绍了京东白条应收账款证券化的结构及优缺点,提出了应加快设立市场的相关制度、增加基础资产的种类、完善风险分割的机制等建议。

Application Analysis of Asset Securitization: Take Jingdong Baitiao as an Example

With the continuous development of China’s market economy,asset securitization businesses in various industries are facing opportunities such as large market development space,government support,and more standardized supervision.They also face challenges such as lack of liquidity in securities and risks that are not truly isolated.In this regard,this article takes Jingdong Baitiao as a research object,introduces the structure and advantages and disadvantages of Jingdong Baitiao’s receivables securitization,and puts forward suggestions for accelerating the establishment of a market-related system,increasing the type of basic assets,and improving the mechanism of risk division.
