| 摘 要： | 在铁路工程项目建设中实施造价管理,除了可以提高成本控制水平,还能够发挥监督、约束作用。全流程造价管理,就是基于铁路工程项目的特点,将造价管理贯彻到各个细节中,包括前期的投资决策、工程设计,中期的招投标、施工建设,以及后期的竣工验收等等,实现全方位、立体化的管理。本文首先概述了全流程造价管理的重要价值,随后针对现阶段铁路工程项目造价管理中存在的一些问题,提出了针对性的改进措施。

| Abstract: | The implementation of cost management in the construction of railway engineering projects can not only improve the level of cost control,but also play a role of supervision and restraint.Whole process cost management is based on the characteristics of railway engineering projects,and implements cost management into various details,including early investment decision-making,engineering design,mid-term bidding,construction,and post-completion acceptance to achieve comprehensive and three-dimensional management.This article first outlines the important value of the whole process cost management,and then proposes specific improvement measures for some problems in the current cost management of railway engineering projects. |
