基于FAHP-DEMATEL的轨道交通产业高质量发展评价指标体系研究

摘    要:轨道交通产业是国民经济的重要组成部分,其高质量发展将为经济增长提供强大动力。以新发展理念为理论依据,在分析轨道交通产业高质量发展内涵的基础上,运用德尔菲法与敏感性分析筛选指标,建立包含创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享5个一级指标,12个二级指标和32个三级指标的轨道交通产业高质量发展评价指标体系。利用决策试验与评价实验室法(DEMATEL)分析指标间的影响关系,识别关键指标,并结合模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定指标权重。结果表明,轨道交通产业生产总值、从业人数等指标对产业高质量发展具有重要作用。研究结果可以为政府制定轨道交通产业发展规划、推动产业发展提供决策支持。

Study on High-quality Development Evaluation Index System of Rail Transit Industry Based on FAHP-DEMATEL Method
Abstract:Rail transit industry is an important part of the national economy, and its high-quality development will provide a strong driving force for economic growth of China. Based on the new development principles and the analysis of the connotation of high-quality development of rail transit industry, Delphi method and sensitivity analysis are used to establish an evaluation index system of high-quality development of rail transit industry, including five first-level indicators of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing, 12 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators. The influence relationship between indicators and the key indicators are analyzed by DEMATEL method, and the index weight is determined by combining fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). The results show that the gross domestic product of rail transit industry and the number of rail transit employees play an important role in the high-quality development of the industry. The research aims to provide decision support for the government to formulate the development plan of rail transit industry and promote the development of the industry.
