基于心理契约视角的饭店女性员工管理

摘    要:心理欠约是个体与组织间的隐性契约,也是影响员工行为和态度以及企业绩效的重要因素。女性员工是饭店人力资源中的主要构成,在当前社会观念、行业认知和饭店岗位特点的综合作用下,女性员工的心理契约问题较为突出,给饭店的人力资源管理带来了一系列问题。构建和维护女性员工心理契约,不仅有助于解决饭店女性员工管理的系列问题,还有助于推动饭店业的持续健康发展。

Abstract:Psychological contract is regarded as the implicit contract between individual and organization. Meanwhile, the psychological contact influences not only the attitudes and behaviors of the hotel and its employees, but also the em- ployees, performance and the hotel' s account. Female employees are the principal components in hotel human re- sources. Nowadays, the issue in psychological contract of female employees is very serious and has brought problems and challenges to hotel HR management. The management of psychological contract of female employees will contribute to improve the management of female employees. At the same time, it takes an important role in the sustained and healthy development of hotel industry.
