我国高新技术产业发展时空格局演变分析——基于2010~2014年29个省市面板数据的实证研究

摘    要:本文选取了我国高新技术产业2010~2014年29个省市的面板数据,限于因子分析法只适用截面数据的不足,采用因子分析法和改进的TOPSIS法结合,从生产经营、固定资产投资、R&D活动3个方面,测算了我国各省域高新技术产业发展的综合评价指数,并对我国高新技术产业发展梯度变迁的时空格局演变进行了分析。结果表明:基于时间维度,2010~2014年我国高新技术产业不同梯度省市的梯度变迁幅度不同;从空间格局看,我国29个省市高新技术产业发展水平存在着显著的差异,我国大部分省市高新技术产业的发展水平处于较低阶段且空间格局不平衡。

Abstract:〔Abstract〕 This paper selected 29 provincial panel data of China's high-tech industry from 2010 to 2014 . Since factor analysis only applied to cross sectional data , it uses factor analysis method and improved TOPSIS method to estimate the comprehensive evaluation index of the provincial high-tech industry development , and the gradient vicissitude of China's high-tech industry was analyzed from the tem-poral and spatial dimension . The result shows that , based on the time dimension , there are differences in the gradient change of China's high-tech industry from 2010 to 2014 . From the space dimension , there are significant differences in development level of China's 29 provincial high-tech industry , and the development level of high-tech industry in most provinces is low and the spatial distribution is not balanced .
