| 摘 要： | 国际经验表明,产业投资基金能够推动产业升级,提高投资效率,促进经济发展.我国文化产业现处于初级阶段,需要金融工具辅助其发展,文化产业投资基金的出现为文化产业的发展提供了更好的金融平台.本文主要分析文化产业投资基金及组建模式,并具体分析公司型、信托(契约)型和有限合伙型三种组建模式的应用.由于文化产业自身、市场环境和中国产业基金发展水平等条件的约束,不存在最优组建模式,需根据实际情况选择合适的组建模式.最后,从完善政策法规、完善金融服务体系、培养复合型人才等多方面提出建议,促进我国文化产业和文化产业投资基金的发展.
