领导者二面能力演化的企业动态创新能力——理论与案例研究

已有二面能力研究多从组织层面分析它对实力较强企业发展的重要影响。可是,二面能力能否为落后的企业注入创新活力,改变其发展窘境是本文研究的重点问题。为此,本研究从个体层面的领导者二面能力入手,围绕某个省级合作金融机构的系统开发过程典型案例,从功能设计、软件开发和上线推广三个环节详细分析领导者通过不断识别、把握和重构将二面能力向企业动态创新能力的演化过程,验证了领导者二面能力对落后企业发展的重要性。

Evolution of Enterprise's Dynamic Innovation Capability through Leadership's Ambidexterity: Theory and Case Study

Most of the studies on ambidexterity analyze its major impact on those relative stronger firms＇ growth at the organizational level.However,whether ambidexterity could improve weaker enterprises＇ innovative vitality and change their development dilemma,is the main topic of this research.Starting with individual level of leadership＇s ambidexterity,and focusing on system development process as a typical case from a cooperative financial institution,we analyze the evolutionary process of firms＇ dynamic innovation capability from leadership＇s ambidexterity by the leader＇s continual action of sensing,seizing and reconfiguring during the whole constructing process of function design,software development and on-line promotion.It reveals the importance of leadership＇s ambidexterity on weaker enterprises＇ development.
