| 摘 要： | 农业剩余劳动力转移是一国工业化进程中客观存在的经济规律,由于与西方发达国家工业化道路不同,中国农业剩余劳动力转移带有其特殊性。近代以来,思想先驱们对我国农业剩余劳动力转移的途径进行了深入探索,提出了都市集中、乡村转移、就地安置和就近进城等思想。从经济思想史角度对这些理论成果进行梳理和分析,不仅可以丰富社会转型期的经济理论,同时对于当代中国农业剩余劳动力转移实践也具有一定的指导意义。
