| 摘 要： | 确立适度的农村养老保障水平是我国农村养老保障制度可持续发展的关键。本文通过建立农村养老保障适度水平的精算模型，应用2001年～2009年数据对我国农村养老保障实际水平和适度水平进行了比较分析。随后基于“新农保”的政策评析，对影响适度水平的关键因素进行了实证分析，并提出了相应的政策建议。
