兴安灵渠旅游景区保护性开发的生态学思考

广西桂林兴安灵渠与陕西的郑国渠、四川的都江堰并称为"秦代三大水利工程",属国家级文物保护单位。多年来,对灵渠旅游资源的保护和开发都是小规模的,效果并不理想。从2004年以来,当地政府筹集了大量的资金对灵渠景区进行深度的保护性开发,既有效地保护了灵渠的文物古迹,产生了很好的社会效益,又使景区旅游资源得到了合理的开发,产生了很好的经济效益,从而达到了景区资源环境保护与旅游产品开发双赢的效果。本文从生态学原理出发,探讨了兴安灵渠旅游景区保护性开发成功的原因,以期为文物古迹类旅游资源的保护和开发提供有益的借鉴。

Thinking of Xinan Lin dyke tourism scenic area protection development's bionomics

Ling Qu Dyke in Xing'an County,Guilin,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,which is a national cultural relic,is one of the three irrigation works in Qing Dynasty.The other ones are Zhen Guo-qu Dyke in Shan Xi Province and Du Jiang-yan Dyke in Shi Chuan Province.For years,the Government had not paid enough attention to the conservation and exploitation of Ling Qu Dyke Scenic Spot.But since 2004,the native government has raised enough money to protect and exploit the old dyke,which has brought very good benefit.For one thing,the cultural relic has been well reserved and a good societal benefit has been gained;for another,the scenic spot has been deeply exploited and a good economic benefit has been received.The causes why the sheltered exploitation has been successful were discussed in the article,so as to offer an example for the conservation and exploitation of cultural relic tourism resources.
