| 摘 要： | 内源型产业集群、嵌入型产业集群是浙江产业集群的两种主要形式。两种不同形式中存在着不同的FDI与产业集群的互动关系,由此也导致了产业集群升级途径的不同。该文在分析FDI与产业集群互动关系的基础上,阐述了两类产业集群技术升级途径及所面临的问题,并对今后的引资工作和产业集群提升提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Endogenous cluster and embedded cluster are two main industry cluster patterns in Zhejiang Province.There exist different interplays between FDI and cluster in these two patterns and result in differences between the technology upgrade approaches.On the basis of analyzing the interplays between FDI and industry cluster,this paper expatiates on the technology upgrade approaches for the two industry clusters and the problems confronted and then puts forward some suggestions. |
